We had a problem purchasing a plane ticket on line and with overweight luggage. Suphanza drove us to a small alternate airport. We compared 5 airlines of which only one spoke English. We not only got a good deal, we paid nothing extra for the luggage. Ten minutes later we were on our way to visit a site for a few hours, eat a fantastic lunch and even had time to do some last minute gift shopping before returning to the airport. If this was another company we would have lost a full day and our money!

I looked at all these websites that boasted fantastic motorcycle tours. It looked like they were professional and pictures showed everyone having a good time. Then it hit me, I didn’t want a crowd or a detailed preplanned tour stopping every time someone want to take a piss, have a cigarette or take a picture. BTT guided me on an incredible tour with my destinations and my stops. They took the guesswork and worries out of everything from gas, breakdowns, navigation, language barriers, safety all while providing the companionship of one guide. 

As an older couple, we found Suphansa very patient. She was always careful of where my husband and I walked, carried sun-block, water and an umbrella for us. She even took me to a clinic in the middle of the night for a personal issue. We visited secluded temples in the jungle in an otherwise crowded area and even learned to meditate in a cool cave temple while it was very hot outside.

I traveled to Thailand with my daughter. I was worried about everything. I was immediately put at ease by Suphansa’s smiles, efficiency and attention to detail as she carried out her tasks. We traveled through hidden wetlands teaming with wildlife on a small boat. Later had an amazing slow ride in a sidecar on the edge of the jungle while drinking Thai ice tea stopping for snacks and meals at local eateries. We hadn’t seen a foreigner all day. The next day we jumped into the most beautiful spotless high-tech adventure truck and headed off through some back-roads in the jungle to see some elephants.
